As many of you will know I have just finished my first year of a two-year post-graduate diploma in London called Women’s Health in Osteopathy. I have really been blown away by the quality of the lectures and have added a vast array of treatment techniques to my Osteopathic repertoire.

I am now trained to perform internal techniques to address issues such as injury to the pelvic floor from the birth process. I am armed and ready to tackle painful periods and bladder issues. I am looking at the pelvis and uterus incredibly specifically to optimize the position of the baby during pregnancy and ensure the best possible birth outcome for you and your baby.

I am passionate about Osteopathy and see amazing results at our clinic on a daily basis. With each year that passes I am actively adding to my knowledge base. I look forward to sharing my journey with you. Alex
